Elize Hattingh is the founder of Green Talent, a Sustainability Career Centre. Her work started in 2009, focussing on researching and facilitating green job development. She is seen as a specialist consultant in the sustainability recruitment and career consulting field.
Initially graduating from UCT, Joan continued studying whilst teaching, receiving a number of additional qualifications from Mowbray Teachers’ Training College and University of Stellenbosch. Her teaching career spanned many years at various schools in the Western and Eastern Cape, where she held a number of senior leadership and management positions.
