Lillian founded the Mhani Gingi - Social Entrepreneurial Network in 2004 and launched the organisation in 2006. Mhani Gingi – when translated into English from Shangaan – stands for ‘a caring industrious woman who is always looking for lasting solutions to social problems.’

Dorothy is a Business Development Consultant based in Cape Town, specialising in human capital management and performance enhancement.

Elize Hattingh is the founder of Green Talent, a Sustainability Career Centre. Her work started in 2009, focussing on researching and facilitating green job development. She is seen as a specialist consultant in the sustainability recruitment and career consulting field.

Initially graduating from UCT, Joan continued studying whilst teaching, receiving a number of additional qualifications from Mowbray Teachers’ Training College and University of Stellenbosch. Her teaching career spanned many years at various schools in the Western and Eastern Cape, where she held a number of senior leadership and management positions.

Earl Starr is a University of Cape Town graduate who completed his Doctoral degree in Chemistry in 1996. He has spent 20 years in large multi-national and smaller companies sustaining and improving quality, safety, health and environmental systems within their production facilities.

After completing a National Diploma in Tourism Management in 1998 at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, she embarked on her career in the Conference and Events Industry in London, U.K., working at various conference hotels and exhibition venues.
